1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a User's Account, including deposited funds, bonuses, and winnings.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between You and phl99. By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Platform, You confirm that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to gamble under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

5. Account Security and Responsibilities

5.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials. You must not share Your password or allow any third party to access Your Account. Any activity conducted through Your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by You.

5.2 Unauthorized Access

If You suspect that Your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, You must immediately notify our customer support team at [email protected]. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of Your Account if You failed to maintain reasonable security measures.

5.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. If Your contact information, residential address, or other details change, You must update Your Account settings immediately. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in Account suspension or closure.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phl99 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to payment provider issues or security reviews. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.3 Withdrawal Requests

7.2 Wagering Requirements

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without prior written consent from phl99.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, phl99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or data
• Interruption of service or technical malfunctions
• Errors in Game outcomes or payout calculations
• Unauthorized access to Your Account by third parties
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors or service providers

Our total liability to You for any claim arising from Your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in Your Account at the time the claim arose.

12. Disputes and Complaints

14. Amendments to Terms

phl99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amended terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

It is Your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. If You do not agree with any amendments, You must cease using the Platform immediately.

15. Termination and Account Closure

15.1 Termination by User

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to You via Your registered payment method.

15.2 Termination by phl99

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to verify Your identity
• Failure to provide requested documentation
• Multiple Accounts or bonus abuse
• Collusion, cheating, or use of automated systems

In the event of Account closure for breach of these Terms and Conditions, phl99 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in Your Account and pursue legal remedies for damages.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Games or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between You and phl99.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

16.4 Assignment
